For some reason, you know you need to kick it up a notch… maybe you just had a baby, perhaps you are an athlete who just needs a new challenge, or maybe you just are acknowledging that being a couch potato is negatively impacting all aspects of your life. Whatever reason, our program will get you personalized results!
Our program is a long term & balanced approach to overall wellness. We motivate and challenge you to out perform on a daily basis. The monthly program consists of 18 group workouts at the beautiful Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA. We meet 4 or 5 times per week starting at 5:45AM and ending at 7:00AM. Since you have taken on a challenge to meet your personal goals for the month, homework is given on other days.
What makes us stand out amongst the competition? We have aligned our mission statement of affordable long term fitness in with our pricing structure. Your investment in yourself starts with $250 for the first month, $200 for the second month, and $150 for the third month on. Also, you get to be the only camp allowed on Agnes Scott College’s beautiful campus.
While our name is new, we are not. Our instructors have been operating boot camps & fitness programs in the metro Atlanta area for over three years. Our team has exceptional experience and passion for making your experience rewarding and fun.
